Mark D. Wilson

Attorney

Born and raised in Nacogdoches, Texas, Mark and his wife, Sandra, came to Houston in 1974 to start law school while she taught home economics at Sharpstown High School. After law school, Mark was fortunate to be hired and mentored by Jim Wesley. They were later joined in their practice by Harry Herzog. Together they practiced for a number of years in Houston and represented Prime Bank before it was sold to Wells Fargo in the 90s. Mark’s transactional practice was concentrated in commercial real estate.

Mark moved his office to the Katy area in 1996 and is now looking forward to being part of the legal community in Austin County, once again taking old Horace Greeley’s admonition to “Go west!” to heart although no longer as a young man!

Mark and Sandra have 2 daughters and sons-in- law, who have blessed them with 3 beautiful granddaughters and one handsome grandson. He is active in his church and community, having served on the boards or as a volunteer with several charitable organizations.

Mark enjoys counseling clients who are buying or selling some of our Texas real estate or forming companies to start or expand their businesses.
